Sara Furth Partner

Determined to advance my career, I earned my Bachelors in Accounting while working full time at an international corporation. Starting out as an Accounts Assistant, I worked my way up to the Senior Accountant, directly under the CFO. This allowed me to immediately apply accounting procedures to real situations in all the business processes.

While I was working hard to climb the corporate ladder, my family was also growing. It wasn't long before my husband and I decided it was best for me to take a break from the corporate world to be home with the kids. Those two years were wonderful, but I had missed accounting tremendously. After starting side projects for a local tax accountant, I knew it was time to open an accounting/bookkeeping company.

My husband, Paul, and two beautiful children, Cole and Callie, are a big part of what inspired me to start this company. We are a family that loves adventure. With the ocean being one of our favorite places, we find ourselves making several spur of the moment trips throughout the year; rain or shine! We also love camping, water sports, and volunteering at our local church.

Kathy Frost Partner

I was not one of those kids that knew what they wanted to do when they grew up. It wasn’t until I was in my early 30's that I realized I have a passion for accounting and finance. Thankfully I had an amazing mentor that pushed me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business with concentration in accounting. I worked my way up the accounting ladder and ended up, seven years later, assuming the role of CFO of both a US and Canadian subsidiary.

In 2013 I decided to go back to school to get my MBA. It was a great experience. I love being challenged and learning the details of corporate business, however, accounting and finance will always be my focus.

Outside of work I enjoy my family, learning how to play guitar, listening to live music, and eating great food (my husband and I love eating out at different restaurants).
